Please note: Gift cards are valid for six months and can be redeemed by entering the unique code. Delivery will be extra if shipping internationally.

PLEASE NOTE - When placing an order outside of the UK, your parcel may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please allow one working day for your order to be dispatched. All orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday.

We hope you are delighted with your HONNA purchase. However, if you would like a refund, or you wish to exchange your order, please do email us at hello@honnalondon.com. Please do return your item to us within 14 days of receiving the order, complete with your returns forms.

Providing the item is unworn and the original tags remain attached, once we have received the return, we will process the refund or UK exchange.

Please note all sale items are final and not eligible for exchange or return, we do not offer returns or exchanges on items purchased as part of a sale or promotion.
